Do not disturb the Owl

"We must strive to be responsible stewards of this planet and all the creatures that share it with us" said Alice Walker (author of The Color Purple). Curiosity can be a nasty flaw when it disturbs the living beings around us, those who are the rightful inhabitants of trees, bushes, bell towers…. The little owl or barn owl is a species living in the region and whose numbers are decreasing.

This surly owl, in its surprise at being disturbed, has propelled its pellets of waste, balls composed of hair, feathers and bones that it cannot digest.
